I know what it means to have something to say and still struggle to be seen.
I've spent years working professionally in global media, journalism, storytelling and AI as an award-winning founder. I know how to find the story that makes someone relevant, compelling and memorable.
But knowing how to tell other people's stories didn't mean I found it easy to express my own. I experienced the same visibility resistance I now help others explore.
That led me to study the psychology of visibility and become a certified psychotherapist specialising in visibility and self-expression blocks. I'm also a recognised Reiki master. My approach brings communication expertise together with a deeper understanding of what can hold us back.
